II. Product description: The performance of easy-cutting zinc alloy is similar to brass, good plating performance, can replace the traditional lead brass, used in the production of electronic and electrical connectors, pens, lamps, locks, valves, plumbing fittings, sanitary ware, plumbing, small hardware spare parts, automobiles, motorcycles spare parts, etc., to meet the required strength, elasticity, and dimensional stability, is the lead brass and part of the stainless steel parts of the ideal alternative material. It is an ideal replacement material for lead brass and some stainless steel parts.
Easy-cutting zinc alloy adopts high-quality 0# zinc ingot, by adding a small amount of improved elements and adopting advanced processing technology, it effectively improves all mechanical and physical properties of zinc-based alloy and has good cutting performance.
III. The product has the following advantages:
1. Easy-cutting zinc alloy: high strength, good plasticity. Tensile strength up to 380-500MPa, elongation of more than 20%, hardness 100-130 HB;
2. Easy-cutting zinc alloy: good cutting performance, close to H59-1 lead brass. Suitable for turning, milling, drawing, planing, drilling and other cutting processes, fast cutting speed, deep draft, easy to break chips, less tool wear;
3. Easy-cutting zinc alloy: good electrical conductivity. Similar to H62, conductivity > 28%;
